Cross the bridge and continue walking straight on Route 9. After about 1 mile, you will enter the town of Kennebunk. Follow the signs to Route 1 North towards Portland. Continue on Route 1 for about 16 miles until you reach Congress Street in Portland. Monument Square will be on your left at 456 Congress St, Portland, ME 04101.
