Walking
Start from the center of Ogunquit, at the Ogunquit Beach area. Head north on Shore Road, following the signs to Route 1. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 1. At Route 1, turn left and proceed north for about 2.5 miles. Look for the sign for Rye Harbor State Park on your right. The park entrance will be just off Ocean Boulevard. Follow the pathway into the park.

Biking
Rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Ogunquit. Start your ride from the Ogunquit Beach area and head north on Shore Road. Continue on Shore Road until you reach Route 1. Turn left onto Route 1 and bike north for about 2.5 miles. Keep an eye out for the Rye Harbor State Park sign on your right. Once you see the sign, turn right onto Ocean Boulevard, and the entrance to the park will be just ahead.

From Ogunquit, walk to the nearest bus stop on Route 1, which is located about 0.2 miles from the center of town. Take the bus service heading north towards Portsmouth. You will need to get off at the stop closest to Rye Harbor State Park. Once you disembark, walk south on Ocean Boulevard for about 0.3 miles. The park entrance will be on your left.
