From the South Portland Public Library at 482 Broadway, head northeast on Broadway toward Cottage Road. Turn left onto Cottage Road and walk until you reach the intersection with Ocean Street. Turn right onto Ocean Street and continue walking until you reach the Casco Bay Bridge. Cross the bridge on the pedestrian walkway. After crossing, continue straight to enter Portland's Old Port area. Tommy's Park is located at 43.6577778, -70.255, just a short walk from the bridge. It’s near the corner of Fore Street and Exchange Street.

If you prefer public transport, catch the #1 bus from the South Portland Bus Terminal, which is located at 100 Anthoine Street. Board the bus heading towards Portland and get off at the stop at Congress Street and High Street. From there, walk down High Street towards the waterfront, then turn left onto Fore Street. Continue straight until you reach Tommy's Park at 43.6577778, -70.255, which is located in the Old Port area.
