If you are driving from Sugarloaf Mountain, start by getting onto ME-27 South. Follow ME-27 South for approximately 18 miles until you reach the junction with US-201 in the town of Farmington. Merge onto US-201 South and continue for about 15 miles. You will pass through the town of Winslow. The Fort Halifax State Historic Site will be on your left at US-201, Winslow, ME 04901. There is no entrance fee, but please note that parking availability may vary.
