Car
If you are driving from the main entrance of Dzalanyama Forest Reserve, head northeast on the main road. Continue for approximately 25 kilometers until you reach the junction where you will turn left onto the Mchinji Road. After about 10 kilometers, keep an eye out for the NRC turn-off on your right. Sangalala Safaris is located just near this turn-off at 2QPF+XJ5, Chitipi, Mchinji Road, Lilongwe. Ensure you have sufficient fuel as there may be limited fuel stations in the area.

Public Transportation
To reach Sangalala Safaris via public transport, start from the nearest bus terminal in Dzalanyama Forest Reserve. Take a minibus to Lilongwe, which usually departs regularly throughout the day. The fare is approximately 1,000 MWK. Once you reach Lilongwe, you will need to take another minibus heading towards Mchinji. Inform the driver you are heading to the NRC turn-off. The fare for this leg is about 500 MWK. After getting off at the NRC turn-off, Sangalala Safaris is within walking distance, approximately 1 kilometer along Chitipi, Mchinji Road.
