Getting There

Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the main entrance of Majete Wildlife Reserve. Take the main road heading northeast. Continue on this road for approximately 15km until you reach the junction at the village of Chapananga. Here, take a right turn onto the dirt road leading towards Chiradzulu Foo hill. This road can be rough, so drive carefully. After about 5km on the dirt road, follow the signs pointing towards Chiradzulu Foo hill. You may need to park your vehicle at the designated parking area and walk the final 1km to the hill.

Public Transportation
For public transportation, you can take a minibus from Blantyre to the village of Chapananga. Minibuses depart regularly from the main bus station in Blantyre. Once in Chapananga, you can hire a local taxi or arrange for a motorcycle taxi (commonly known as an 'okada') to take you to the dirt road leading towards Chiradzulu Foo hill. The taxi ride will cost you around 5000 MWK. From the drop-off point, it is a short walk (approximately 1km) to reach the hill.
