Getting There

Walking
If you are in the central area of Mzuzu, start at the Mzuzu Market. From the market, head south on the main road (Chibavi Road) for about 1.5 km until you reach the junction with Unnamed Road. Turn left onto Unnamed Road and continue straight for another 500 meters. The Botanic Gardens will be on your right side, marked by a small sign. Look for the entrance gate.

Bicycle
Start at the Mzuzu Central Hospital. Head west on the main road towards the city center. Once you reach the main junction, continue straight on the Chibavi Road for about 2 km. When you reach the junction with Unnamed Road, turn right and cycle straight for another 500 meters. The Botanic Gardens will be on the right side. Make sure to keep an eye out for pedestrians and other cyclists.

Public Transport (Minibus)
Catch a minibus heading towards Chibavi from the Mzuzu Main Bus Station. Inform the conductor that you want to get off at the junction for the Botanic Gardens. The journey will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Once you get off, walk down Unnamed Road for about 500 meters and the entrance to the Botanic Gardens will be on your right.
