If you're driving from any location in East Coast, start by taking the East Coast Expressway (E8). Follow the signs to Kuala Lumpur. Once you reach the city, take the exit towards Jalan Tun Razak. Continue on Jalan Tun Razak until you reach the junction with Jalan Raja. Turn left onto Jalan Raja. The Sultan Abdul Samad Building will be on your right. Parking is available nearby, but be prepared for parking fees, which can range from RM2 to RM5 per hour depending on the area.
