Head to the nearest airport (Kota Kinabalu International Airport or Kuching International Airport) and book a flight to Singapore Changi Airport. Upon arrival at Changi Airport, rent a car from any of the rental companies located at the airport. Follow signs towards the East Coast Parkway (ECP) and take the exit towards the Central Business District. Continue on the ECP, following signs for Marina Bay. Once you reach Marina Bay, you will see signs for The Helix Bridge. Parking is available nearby, but be prepared to pay a parking fee, which can range from SGD 1 to SGD 3 per hour.

Public Transportation
To reach The Helix Bridge using public transportation, you will first need to take a flight from any airport in East Malaysia to Singapore Changi Airport. Once you arrive at Changi, take the MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) from Changi Airport Station to Tanah Merah Station. At Tanah Merah, transfer to the East West Line and head towards the city center. Alight at the Raffles Place MRT Station. From Raffles Place, you can walk to The Helix Bridge, which is approximately a 15-minute walk away. Alternatively, you can take bus services from Raffles Place to the Marina Bay area. Be aware that the MRT ticket prices range from SGD 1.50 to SGD 2.50 depending on your travel distance.
