    Bus

    From the center of George Town, head to the nearest bus stop. You can catch the Rapid Penang Bus Number 204 from the Jetty Bus Terminal. This bus will take you directly to Bukit Bendera. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Make sure to get off at the Bukit Bendera stop, which is close to the entrance of the Penang Hill funicular railway.

    Trishaw

    If you prefer a more traditional mode of transport, you can hire a trishaw from various points in George Town. Just tell the trishaw rider that you want to go to Bukit Bendera. The ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes depending on traffic, and it’s a unique way to see the sights of George Town as you travel up to the hill.

    Walking

    For the adventurous, you can walk to Penang Hill. Starting from the center of George Town, head towards Jalan Penang. Continue straight until you reach Jalan Air Itam. From there, follow the signs leading to the Penang Hill entrance. It’s a steep walk, so be prepared for a workout! The walk will take about 1.5 to 2 hours.
