If you're starting from the popular area of Komtar, head out of the main entrance and walk towards Jalan Penang. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Chulia. Turn left onto Jalan Chulia and walk until you reach the junction with Jalan Dr Lim Chwee Leong. Turn right onto Jalan Dr Lim Chwee Leong. Siaboey Park Garden will be on your left. It's about a 15-20 minute walk.
