From Ipoh, head to the Ipoh Bus Terminal, located at Jalan Panglima Bukit Gantang Wahab. Take a bus heading to Taiping. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Upon arriving at the Taiping Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and turn right onto Jalan Kampung Manggis. You will see the signs directing you to Taman Tasik Taiping. Walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will reach the entrance to Taiping Lake Garden. The Clock Tower is situated within the park.

From Ipoh Railway Station, purchase a ticket for a train heading to Taiping. The journey takes around 30 to 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Taiping Railway Station, exit the station and turn right onto Jalan Stasiun. Walk straight until you reach Jalan Kampung Manggis, then turn left. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers to Taman Tasik Taiping. The Clock Tower is located within the park area.
