From the Ipoh Parade shopping mall, walk to the nearby bus stop. Look for the bus number 201, which heads towards Taiping. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride. After approximately 30-40 minutes, get off at the Taiping Bus Terminal. From the terminal, head towards Jalan Taming Sari. The Perak Museum is located about a 15-minute walk straight along Jalan Taming Sari.

Open the Grab app on your smartphone and set your destination to 'Perak Museum, Jalan Taming Sari, Taiping'. Confirm your pickup location in Ipoh and wait for your driver. The journey will take around 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive, the museum will be right in front of you.

From Ipoh Railway Station, take a train to Taiping. Check the train schedule for the next available service. Once you arrive at Taiping Railway Station, exit the station and head to the nearest bus stop. Take the local bus (number 5 or 6) that goes towards the Taiping city center. Disembark at Jalan Taming Sari and walk for about 10 minutes to reach the Perak Museum.
