If you are at Ipoh Railway Station, exit and head south towards Jalan Dato' Lau Pak Khuan. Turn left onto Jalan Dato' Lau Pak Khuan and walk straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Jalan Sultan Idris Shah. Continue walking for about 10 minutes, and you will reach a small road on your left called Lorong Bijeh Timah. Turn left onto Lorong Bijeh Timah, and after a short walk, you will find Tin Alley 锡米巷文创空间 on your left at number 3.
