If you are in the central area of Tambun, head south towards Jalan Tambun, which is the main road. Continue walking straight until you reach the junction with Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah. Turn right onto Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah, and continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers. The Geology Museum will be on your left. Look for the prominent sign indicating the museum, and it should take approximately 20-25 minutes to walk there.

Look for the nearest bus stop on Jalan Tambun and take Bus No. 1 (Ipoh City Bus). Make sure to ask the driver if they stop at Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah. The bus ride will take around 15-20 minutes, and the fare is usually around RM 2. Once you get off, the Geology Museum will be a short walk ahead; just follow the signs or ask locals if you need assistance.
