If you are starting from the Johor Bahru Sentral train station, exit the station and head towards the main road (Jalan Tun Abdul Razak). Cross the road and follow the pedestrian walkway towards the CIQ (Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine) complex. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the CIQ Public Car Park, which is located at Bukit Chagar. CIQ Street is adjacent to the public car park.

You can take a bus from various points in Johor Bahru to the CIQ complex. Look for bus number 1 or 2, which frequently travels towards Bukit Chagar. Get off at the CIQ station stop. From the bus stop, walk a short distance towards the CIQ Public Car Park. CIQ Street is located right next to the car park.
