If you're driving from Alor Setar city center, head northeast on Jalan Putra toward Jalan Sultan Badlishah. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Jalan Langgar, and follow the signs for Kampung Pegawai. After about 5 kilometers, you will see the Old Alor Setar Railway Bridge on your left. There is limited parking available nearby.
Public Bus
To reach the Old Alor Setar Railway Bridge via public transportation, take a bus from Alor Setar Bus Terminal to Kampung Pegawai. Buses are frequent and cost approximately RM2-3. After arriving at Kampung Pegawai, it is about a 15-minute walk to the bridge. Follow Jalan Pegawai until you see signs leading to the bridge.
