If you are driving, start from Alor Setar, the capital of Kedah. Head south on Jalan Kuala Kedah towards Jalan Putra. Continue on Jalan Putra until you reach the roundabout, then take the third exit onto Jalan Tanjung. Follow this road for about 17 km. You will see signs for Pendang. Once you reach Pendang, follow the signs to Telaga Gajah, which is located about 5 km from the town center. There is no entrance fee to the site, but ensure your vehicle has enough fuel before setting off.

To reach Telaga Gajah by public transportation, take a bus from Alor Setar Bus Terminal to Pendang. Buses run regularly, and the fare is approximately RM 5-10.
