From Kota Bharu, head towards the north on Jalan Sultan Yahya Petra. Continue straight until you reach the junction with Jalan Pengkalan Chepa (Federal Route 3). Turn left onto Jalan Pengkalan Chepa and then follow the signs to Tumpat. As you approach Tumpat, look for Jalan Pantai Tujuh on your left. Turn onto Jalan Pantai Tujuh and follow the road until you reach Pantai Sri Tujuh. There are no tolls on this route.

Start at the Kota Bharu Bus Terminal. Take a bus heading to Tumpat; buses are frequent and the fare is approximately RM 3.50. Upon arrival at Tumpat, you can either walk (about 30 minutes) or take a local taxi (approximately RM 10) to reach Pantai Sri Tujuh. If you choose to walk, head northwest on Jalan Tumpat and then turn onto Jalan Pantai Tujuh.
