Car
If you are traveling by car from anywhere in Kinabalu National Park, first head towards the main entrance of the park. Follow the signs that direct you to the Kundasang area. You will take the Pan Borneo Highway (AH150) heading southeast. The drive will take approximately 30 minutes, covering about 20 kilometers. As you approach Kundasang, keep an eye out for the signs indicating the direction to Kundasang Valley. Once you reach Kundasang, you can park at designated parking areas near popular spots in the valley.

Public Transportation
To reach Kundasang Valley via public transport, you can take a bus from Kota Kinabalu to Kundasang. Buses leave from the Inanam Bus Terminal or the Kota Kinabalu Bus Terminal and the fare is generally around RM 30 per person. The journey takes about 2 hours. Once you arrive in Kundasang, you can either walk to the valley, which is a short distance away, or hire a local taxi to take you directly to Kundasang Valley. Ensure to confirm taxi fares before starting your ride.
