From Kinabalu National Park, head south on Jalan Kinabalu towards Jalan Tamparuli-Ranau. Continue on Jalan Tamparuli-Ranau and then take the Jalan Tamparuli-Kiulu road. Follow the signs to Kiulu Rainforest Park. The journey by car should take approximately 1-2 hours depending on traffic conditions.

From Kinabalu National Park, you can take a bus or minivan to Tamparuli town. From Tamparuli town, you can then take another bus or taxi to Kiulu Rainforest Park.
