If you are starting from the Kota Bharu Central Market (Pasar Besar Kota Bharu), exit the market and head west on Jalan Kebun Sultan. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Sultan Ibrahim. Turn left onto Jalan Sultan Ibrahim and proceed south. After approximately 500 meters, you will see Bulatan Kota on your right. It is a large roundabout with a prominent landmark in the center.

From the Siti Khadijah Market, head west towards Jalan Kebun Sultan. Once you reach Jalan Kebun Sultan, turn right and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Sultan Ibrahim. Turn left and continue walking for about 500 meters. Bulatan Kota will be on your right side.
