If you are in the centre of Kota Bharu, start at the Kota Bharu Central Market (Pasar Besar Kota Bharu). From the market, head southeast on Jalan Masjid towards Jalan Sultanah Zainab. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the junction with Jalan Dato' Pati. Turn left onto Jalan Dato' Pati and continue walking for another 300 meters. You will see Jubli Perak Hall on your right, located at Bandar Kota Bharu. The building is easily recognizable and is surrounded by a landscaped area.

Public Bus
From the Kota Bharu Central Bus Station, take any bus heading towards the city centre. Alight at the stop near Jalan Dato' Pati, which is about 10 minutes away. Once you get off the bus, walk towards Jalan Dato' Pati and head right. Walk straight for approximately 300 meters until you reach Jubli Perak Hall, which will be on your right.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops near Kota Bharu Central Market. From there, cycle southeast on Jalan Masjid towards Jalan Sultanah Zainab. Continue straight for about 500 meters, then turn left onto Jalan Dato' Pati. Cycle another 300 meters, and you will find Jubli Perak Hall on your right.
