Public Bus
From Kota Kinabalu city center, head to the nearest bus station, which is located on Jalan Padang. Look for the bus heading to Tamparuli. The fare is usually around RM 5-10. The bus will take you directly towards Tamparuli. Ask the driver to drop you off at Tamparuli town. The bus ride takes approximately 30-40 minutes depending on traffic.

Once you are dropped off in Tamparuli town, walk towards Jalan Tamparuli - Ranau. You will see signs directing you towards the Tamparuli Bridge. The bridge is approximately 2 kilometers from the bus drop-off point. Follow the road straight, and you will reach the bridge in about 25-30 minutes on foot.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer a more active route, consider renting a bicycle in Kota Kinabalu before heading to Tamparuli. After taking the bus to Tamparuli, you can cycle from the town to the bridge. The bike ride will be more scenic and takes approximately 10-15 minutes to cover the 2 kilometers. Make sure to follow the main road and watch for traffic.
