If you're near the KLCC area, start your journey by heading to the KLCC LRT Station. Board the LRT train heading towards the Gombak station. Alight at the Masjid Jamek station, which is about 5 stops from KLCC. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the nearby Jalan Tun Perak.

From Masjid Jamek, walk along Jalan Tun Perak towards the south. Continue walking until you reach the junction with Jalan Sultan. Turn left onto Jalan Sultan and keep walking until you reach the intersection with Jalan Hishamuddin. The Malayan Railway Building will be directly ahead, noted for its distinct architecture.

Alternatively, you can take the Monorail from the Bukit Bintang station. Board the train towards the Titiwangsa direction and alight at the Bukit Nanas station. From Bukit Nanas, walk down Jalan P. Ramlee towards Jalan Hishamuddin. Follow Jalan Hishamuddin until you reach the Malayan Railway Building.

If you prefer to travel by bus, head to the nearest bus stop and board any bus heading towards the Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Alight at the bus stop nearest to the Masjid Jamek. From there, follow the walking directions provided earlier to reach the Malayan Railway Building.
