Public Transport - MRT
If you are starting from the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC), head to the KLCC MRT station located in the Suria KLCC shopping mall. Take the MRT Sungai Buloh - Kajang line (SBK line) towards Kajang. Alight at the Pasar Seni station (approximately 3 stops). From Pasar Seni, transfer to the LRT at the Pasar Seni station and take the LRT Kelana Jaya line towards Terminal Putra. Alight at the Masjid Jamek station (1 stop). From Masjid Jamek, take the free shuttle bus (Go KL City Bus - Green Line) towards the Kuala Lumpur Bird Park. Get off at the 'Bird Park' stop. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Planetarium Negara at 53, Jalan Perdana.

From Bukit Bintang, walk to the Bukit Bintang bus stop. Board the bus number B112 or B115, which goes towards Jalan Perdana. Alight at the Perdana Botanical Gardens stop. Walk for about 5 minutes towards the direction of the planetarium, which is about 500 meters down Jalan Perdana.
