Start at the Kuantan City Centre (Dataran Kuantan). From Dataran Kuantan, head east on Jalan Besar towards Jalan Haji Abdul Rahman. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the junction with Jalan Teluk Sisik. Turn left onto Jalan Teluk Sisik, and walk for another 1 km until you see the entrance to the Taman Polo area on your right.

From Kuantan City Centre, take a local bus (Bus No. 1 or 7) towards Taman Polo. You can catch these buses from the main bus terminal or designated stops near the Dataran Kuantan. Ride for about 20 minutes and get off at the Taman Polo stop. From there, walk into the Taman Polo area and follow the trail towards the Hidden Waterfall.
