Bus
From Kuantan city center, head to the nearest bus terminal, Terminal Sentral Kuantan. Take the bus heading towards Kampung Ketapang. The bus will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Kampung Ketapang bus stop, get off and walk towards Pantai Sepat. Follow the road signs leading to the beach area. Menara Tinjau is located along the beachfront, approximately a 15-minute walk from the bus stop.

Bicycle
If you're comfortable riding a bicycle, rent one from a local shop in Kuantan. Start from Kuantan and cycle towards Pantai Sepat via Jalan Besar. The ride will take around 1 hour and is approximately 15 km. Keep following the signs for Pantai Sepat. Once you reach the beach area, Menara Tinjau will be visible along the coastline.

Walking
If you're up for a long walk, you can walk from Kuantan to Menara Tinjau. Start from the city center and head towards Jalan Haji Abdul Rahman. Continue walking straight until you reach Jalan Besar. From there, follow the road signs for Pantai Sepat. This journey will take about 3-4 hours, covering a distance of approximately 15 km. When you reach the beach, Menara Tinjau will be located along the shore.
