If you are in the Kuantan city center, start at Jalan Besar, and head east towards Jalan Haji Abdul Rahman. Continue along Jalan Haji Abdul Rahman until you reach the intersection with Jalan Kamunting. Turn right onto Jalan Kamunting. Walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will see the Perpustakaan Awam Pahang on your left side. Petrosains PlaySmart Kuantan is located within the library premises.
