If you are staying in Kuantan town, start at the Kuantan Waterfront. Head southeast on Jalan Besar towards Jalan Mahkota. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Mahkota. Turn left onto Jalan Mahkota and walk for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see the Masjid Negeri Pahang (Sultan Ahmad 1) on your right, located within the Kompleks Pentadbiran Kerajaan Negeri Pahang.

From the Kuantan Bus Station, take the bus heading towards Tanjung Lumpur or any bus that stops at Jalan Mahkota. Confirm with the bus driver that it stops near Kompleks Pentadbiran Kerajaan Negeri Pahang. Once you reach your stop, disembark and walk approximately 200 meters towards the mosque, which will be visible from the road.
