Getting There

• Public Bus

  From the Kuantan city center, head to the nearest bus station, which is located at Jalan Haji Abdul Rahman. Look for buses that head towards Teluk Cempedak. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Teluk Cempedak bus stop, follow the signs leading to the beach. The beach is just a short walk from the bus stop.

• Walking

  If you're staying near the Kuantan city center, you can walk to Teluk Cempedak Beach. Start from the central area near the Kuantan River and head east on Jalan Besar. Continue straight until you reach Jalan Teluk Cempedak. Turn left on Jalan Teluk Cempedak, and follow this road until you arrive at the beach. The walk is about 4 km and should take around 45 minutes.

• Bicycle Rental

  For a more enjoyable ride, consider renting a bicycle from one of the local shops in Kuantan. Start from the city center and head towards Jalan Besar. Continue along the road until you reach Jalan Teluk Cempedak, where you can follow the road all the way to the beach. The ride is approximately 4 km and will take about 20-25 minutes.

• Ride-Hailing Service

  If you prefer a quicker option, you can use a ride-hailing service like Grab. Open the app, set your pickup location (e.g., your hotel in Kuantan), and enter 'Teluk Cempedak Beach' as your destination. The drive should take about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.
