If you're driving, head towards the main road (Jalan Pantai Cenang) and continue until you reach the junction with Jalan Padang Matsirat. Turn left onto Jalan Padang Matsirat. Follow the road for about 7 km. Look for signs indicating 'Makam Mahsuri' or 'Kota Mahsuri'. The attraction is located on the left side of the road, and there is parking available on-site.
