Walking
If you are in the Jonker Street area, head northeast on Jalan Hang Jebat (Jonker Street) for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with Jalan Gereja. Turn left onto Jalan Gereja and continue walking for about 300 meters. You will then reach the iconic A Famosa Fort on your right. Continue past A Famosa, and take the next right onto Jalan Merdeka. The Muzium Samudera (Flor de La Mar) will be on your left after approximately 200 meters.
Walking
From the Malacca Sultanate Palace Museum, exit the museum and head south on Jalan Merdeka. Continue straight for about 200 meters, and you will see the Muzium Samudera (Flor de La Mar) on your right. It is just a short walk away, and you will pass by the Melaka River on your left.
Public Transport (Bus)
If you are starting from the Melaka Sentral Bus Terminal, take the local bus number 17 or 18, which goes to the town center. Get off at the 'Dataran Pahlawan' stop. From there, walk towards the A Famosa Fort, which is about 500 meters away. Once you reach A Famosa, continue walking past it and turn right onto Jalan Merdeka. The Muzium Samudera (Flor de La Mar) will be on your left after about 200 meters.
