If you are starting from the Miri City Fan, head south towards the main road (Jalan Perpustakaan). Turn right onto Jalan Perpustakaan and continue straight. After about 500 meters, you will reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Jalan Taman Awam. Keep walking straight for another 300 meters, and you will see Taman Awam Miri on your left. The Seahorse statue is located within the park, near the water's edge.
