If you are driving from Kuantan, take the East Coast Highway (E8) and head towards the town of Lembing. Once you reach Lembing, follow the signs to the Rainbow Waterfall. The journey is approximately 45 km and will take around 1 hour. There is a parking area near the waterfall trail entrance, where you may need to pay a small fee (around RM5) for parking.

Public Transportation
From Kuantan, take a bus to Lembing. Buses to Lembing leave from the Kuantan bus terminal and the journey takes about 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Lembing, you can hire a local taxi or use a ride-sharing app to reach the starting point of the trail to the Rainbow Waterfall. The taxi fare should be around RM10 to RM15. Please note that public transport schedules may vary, so it’s advisable to check in advance.

After reaching the trailhead, prepare for a hike to the Lembing Rainbow Waterfall. The trek is about 2.5 km and takes roughly 30 to 45 minutes depending on your pace. The trail can be muddy and steep in certain areas, so wearing appropriate footwear is recommended. Bring water and snacks for the hike. There is no entry fee for the waterfall itself, but be sure to follow all local guidelines and respect the natural environment.
