Walking
If you are in George Town, start at the iconic Komtar building. From Komtar, walk towards Jalan Penang and turn left onto Jalan Perak. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and eateries. The temple is located on the right side at 8, Jalan Perak, Pulau Tikus. Look for its distinct architecture and vibrant colors.
Public Bus
Take the Rapid Penang bus number 101 or 102 from any major stop in George Town, such as the Penang Road or Komtar bus stops. The bus will take you towards Pulau Tikus. Get off at the Pulau Tikus bus stop. From there, walk approximately 500 meters along Jalan Perak towards the temple, which will be on your right at number 8.
Trishaw
For a unique experience, you can hire a trishaw from various locations in George Town. Tell the driver to take you to Wat Buppharam, located at 8, Jalan Perak, Pulau Tikus. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Enjoy the scenic views along the way!
