To reach Suhaila Palace, start your journey by taking a ferry from the mainland. You can catch a ferry from Kuala Besut, which is located approximately 1 hour from Kota Bharu. Ferries to Pulau Perhentian Besar operate frequently, and the ticket price is around RM 70 - RM 80 for a round trip. The ferry ride takes about 30-45 minutes, and you will arrive at the main jetty on Pulau Perhentian Besar.

Once you arrive at the main jetty on Pulau Perhentian Besar, disembark and head towards Jalan Besar. Suhaila Palace is located roughly a 10-15 minute walk from the jetty. Follow the path leading away from the jetty, keeping the beach on your left, until you reach Jalan Besar. Turn right on Jalan Besar, and continue walking until you spot Suhaila Palace on your left side.
