To reach Universal Diver, you must first make your way to the Perhentian Islands. If you are traveling by car, drive to Kuala Besut, which is the main gateway to the islands. Once you arrive in Kuala Besut, head to the jetty where you can purchase a boat ticket to Pulau Perhentian Besar. The boat ride takes about 30 minutes and costs approximately RM 70 for a round trip. Make sure to check the boat schedules, as they may vary depending on the season.
