Getting There

• Car

  If you're driving from Kuala Terengganu, head east on Jalan Sultan Zainal Abidin (Route 3) towards Marang. Continue on Route 3 for about 20 km until you reach the junction at Marang. Take the exit onto Route 14 towards Paka. Follow Route 14 for approximately 30 km, passing through small towns and scenic landscapes. As you approach Paka, keep an eye out for signage directing you to Pantai Paka. Upon arriving in Paka, follow the signs to the beach area, which is located near the town center.

• Bus

  From Kuala Terengganu, you can catch a bus to Paka from the main bus terminal. Look for buses heading towards Kuantan, as many of them stop in Paka. The bus fare is typically around RM 15-20. The journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive at the Paka bus station, you can take a local taxi or ride-sharing service to reach Pantai Paka, which is approximately 5 km away. Make sure to confirm the fare before getting into the taxi.

• Taxi/Ride-sharing

  If you are already in Paka and prefer a more direct route to Pantai Paka, you can use a taxi or ride-sharing services like Grab. Simply input 'Pantai Paka' into the app, and it will guide you to your destination. The distance from Paka town to the beach is about 5 km, and the fare should be around RM 10-15 depending on traffic.

• Bicycle

  For the more adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Paka and ride to Pantai Paka. The route is relatively flat and will allow you to enjoy the local scenery. The distance is about 5 km. Make sure to stay hydrated and wear sunscreen, as the sun can be quite strong.
