If you're traveling by car, head towards Kuala Dungun from any location in Terengganu. Use the East Coast Expressway (E8) if you're coming from Kuala Terengganu. Once you reach the Kuala Dungun exit, follow signs to Kuala Dungun town. Once in town, navigate to Jalan Dungun and then take Jalan Pantai to your left. Continue on this road until you see signs for Teluk Bidara Beach, which will be on your right. Parking is available near the beach, but it may have a small fee of around RM2.

For those using public transport, take a bus from Kuala Terengganu to Dungun. Buses operate regularly from the main bus terminal in Kuala Terengganu and the fare is approximately RM15. Upon arriving at Dungun Bus Terminal, you can take a local taxi or ride-sharing service to Teluk Bidara Beach. The taxi ride will cost around RM10 to RM15 and takes approximately 15 minutes.
