Car
If you are driving a car, start from the main area of Fuvahmulah. Head south on the main road, which is known as the 'Fuvahmulah Ring Road.' Continue straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the junction near the Dhekunu School. At the junction, turn right and follow the road for another 5 minutes. You will see signs directing you to Kalho Akirigando (Black Stone Beach). There is a small parking area near the beach where you can leave your vehicle.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a local bus from the main bus station in Fuvahmulah. Buses frequently operate on the 'Fuvahmulah Ring Road.' Board a bus heading south toward the Dhekunu area. Request the driver to drop you off at the Dhekunu School junction. From there, you will need to walk approximately 1 km to reach Kalho Akirigando (Black Stone Beach). Follow the signs and ask locals for directions if needed. The bus fare is usually around MVR 10-20.
Walking
If you are already in the Dhekunu area or nearby, you can walk to Kalho Akirigando (Black Stone Beach). Head towards the Dhekunu School, then take the road that leads right at the junction. Continue walking straight for about 1 km until you see the beach on your left. The path is mostly straightforward, and locals are friendly and can provide directions if you need assistance.
