    Getting There

    Ferry

    From Velana International Airport (MLE) on Hulhulé Island, take the airport ferry to Malé. Ferries operate frequently, approximately every 10-15 minutes, and cost around $1 USD or 15 MVR. From Malé, take a taxi to the Villingili Ferry Terminal; the fare is fixed at 25 MVR. From the Villingili Ferry Terminal, you can take either the Guraidhoo Ferry or the Province Ferry. The Guraidhoo Ferry departs at 2:30 PM and takes approximately 2 hours. The Province Ferry stops at Gulhi and Maafushi before arriving at Guraidhoo and takes approximately 2.5 hours. The cost is approximately $6 USD, including the taxi fare from the airport to the ferry terminal.

    Speedboat

    From Velana International Airport (MLE), you can take a speedboat directly to Guraidhoo. Speedboats depart from Malé or the airport, usually near the Bank of Ceylon. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes and costs around $20 USD per person. Private speedboat hire is also available for around $250 one way, accommodating a maximum of 10 people.
