From Velana International Airport (MLE) on Hulhulé Island, take the airport ferry to Malé. The ferry departs frequently and costs approximately $1 USD. The journey to Malé takes around 10 minutes. From the Villingili Ferry Terminal in Malé, take the public ferry to Maafushi. This ferry costs approximately $2 USD per person. The ferry ride takes about 90 minutes, and operates daily except for Fridays. Check the schedule in advance as there are limited departures. From the Maafushi Ferry Terminal, Solunar Maldives is a short walk away.

From Velana International Airport (MLE), you can take a pre-booked shared or private speedboat directly to Maafushi. Shared speedboats cost around $25-$30 USD per person and take approximately 30-45 minutes. Private speedboats can be arranged for $150-$300 USD. Icom Tours and Maafushi Tours are two common operators. Solunar Maldives is a short walk from the Maafushi Jetty.
