Getting There

Seaplane

The only way to reach Filitheyo Island is via seaplane from Malé International Airport (MLE). Upon arrival at MLE, a resort representative will greet you and escort you to the AAA Hotels & Resorts lounge while awaiting your seaplane transfer. The seaplane journey takes approximately 35 minutes, offering stunning aerial views of the atolls. Seaplanes operate between 6:00 am and 3:30 pm. After landing on a floating platform near Filitheyo, a traditional dhoni (boat) will transport you to the island in about 10 minutes. A roundtrip seaplane transfer costs $478 for adults and $300 for children.
