Walking
If you are in the central area of Malé, start your journey at the Malé Fish Market. Head east along the main road, Boduthakurufaanu Magu, towards the north. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach Thin Ruh Park. The Tsunami Monument is located within the park. Look for the large, white monument dedicated to the victims of the 2004 tsunami.

From the Republic Square, walk south on Majeedhee Magu, which is one of the main roads in Malé. After approximately 5-10 minutes, turn right onto Boduthakurufaanu Magu. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters until you see Thin Ruh Park on your left. The Tsunami Monument is situated within this park.
