Ferry
From Villingili, head to the Villingili Ferry Terminal, which is located at the northern end of the island. Look for signs indicating the ferry to Malé. The ferry usually operates every 10-15 minutes, and a one-way ticket costs approximately 5 MVR (Maldivian Rufiyaa). Board the ferry heading towards Malé, and enjoy a scenic ride across the water, which takes about 10-15 minutes.

After disembarking from the ferry at the Malé Ferry Terminal, walk towards Boduthakurufaanu Magu. Turn right and continue walking along the road. Republic Square is located approximately 1 kilometer from the ferry terminal. It should take you around 10-15 minutes. Look for the large park area with palm trees and open space on your left as you approach. The square is a popular gathering spot and often has local events or exhibitions.
