Car
If you are traveling by car within Shaviyani Atoll, start by making your way to the main road leading to Narudhoo. Drive along the main road towards Narudhoo Island. Once you reach Narudhoo, look for signs pointing towards the Bodumagu Beach area. The beach is located on the eastern side of the island. There is limited parking available, so be sure to find a safe spot to leave your vehicle.
Public Transportation - Ferry
To reach Bodumagu Beach via public transportation, head to the nearest ferry terminal in Shaviyani Atoll. Ferries operate regularly between the islands. Look for a ferry heading towards Narudhoo Island. Once you arrive at Narudhoo, exit the terminal and make your way towards the beach. You can ask locals for directions to Bodumagu Beach, which is approximately a 15-20 minute walk from the ferry terminal.
Walking
Once you are on Narudhoo Island, if you prefer to walk to Bodumagu Beach, exit the ferry terminal and follow the main path leading to the eastern side of the island. You can ask locals for guidance as you walk. The beach is known for its family-friendly atmosphere and beautiful views, making the walk enjoyable. Ensure to wear comfortable shoes as the path may have uneven surfaces.
