Speedboats typically depart twice daily, around 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM. It's essential to book in advance through your guesthouse or online. The cost is around $35-$50 per person, one way. Some guesthouses may offer discounted rates for locals and work permit holders. Alternatively, a private speedboat transfer can be arranged for groups, costing around $650-$700 per boat. Once you arrive at Thoddoo's harbor, Thoddoo Beach Holiday Inn is a short taxi or bicycle ride away. Taxis are readily available, and bicycle rentals are offered at the Inn.

Public Ferry
A budget-friendly option to reach Thoddoo Beach Holiday Inn is by public ferry, though it requires more travel time. From Malé, take the MTCC ferry to Rasdhoo, which operates on Mondays and Thursdays. The ferry departs from Malé at 9:00 AM and arrives in Rasdhoo around 12:10 PM. From Rasdhoo, transfer to another ferry to Thoddoo, departing at 3:10 PM and arriving around 4:30 PM. The total ferry journey takes approximately 6-7 hours. The cost is around $4 USD from Malé to Rasdhoo and another $1-2 USD from Rasdhoo to Thoddoo. Tickets must be purchased at the Villingili Ferry Terminal in Malé. From Thoddoo's harbor, Thoddoo Beach Holiday Inn is a short taxi or bicycle ride away. Taxis are readily available, and bicycle rentals are offered at the Inn.
