To reach Atoll Fisher in Ukulhas from Malé International Airport (MLE), take either a public ferry or a speedboat. The public ferry departs from the Villimale' Ferry Terminal in Malé on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 9:00 AM, taking approximately 4 hours and costing around $4 per person. Alternatively, a speedboat can be arranged, departing from the airport jetty, with a journey time of 1.5 hours and a cost of $50 per person. Ensure to book your speedboat in advance through your accommodation.

Once on Ukulhas Island, Atoll Fisher is easily accessible on foot, given the island's small size (1 km long).
