Getting There

Car
From Blue Grotto, get onto Triq il-Wied and head north towards Triq tal-Għar. Follow the signs for the main roads to Valletta. Continue on Triq Il-Knisja and merge onto the main road passing through Zurrieq and then to Siggiewi. Follow the signs for Qawra and St Paul's Bay. Once you reach St Paul's Bay, look for Triq it-Trunciera; the Malta National Aquarium will be on your left. Parking is available nearby, but be prepared to pay for parking in the area.

From Blue Grotto, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is usually near the Blue Grotto viewing area. Take bus number 201 towards Valletta. After approximately 30-40 minutes, change at the Valletta terminus to catch bus number 41 or 42 towards St Paul's Bay. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the stop nearest to Triq it-Trunciera. From there, it's a short walk to the Malta National Aquarium.
